It is 9:50 am. I have had 2 breakfasts and have run 10 miles so far. It took me 1:26 so I averaged 8:36 minutes per mile. It was a good run. Now that I am running again with Rogue it is so great to see my old running friends out on the trail. Jenn, Lorrie, Paul, Joe, T, Yaz, LP, Tony, She Chris, Riff Raff (always too many to list), and whomever else I missed, make it worth getting only 5 hours of sleep to get up before dawn to go for a run.
Now it's time for Oskar and I to terrorize the Dog Park and if there is time I will sneak in my long swim.
