New Week

  So on a beautiful Monday why do I find myself on my trainer watching a movie, spinning out, instead of cranking out the mileage on the streets? I have to ween myself off the trainer and get out on the road. So clearly I cycled on the trainer today for about 45 minutes. I also did some tire flips. Oh and I finally bought a climbing rope to workout with in the backyard. The rope exercise is like this: Tie rope around tallest branch, climb up rope, climb down rope, and repeat. This is actually really hard.
  Tomorrow brings a swim and a run. Yipeee!
