It's Friday Everybody.

  Today was only a 45 minute session on the trainer. No swim yesterday or today. Long swim is tomorrow with a 4 mile shake out run before my race on Sunday. I am running the Cap Tex 10K this sunday and I am trying to go for a PR (Personal Record). I have to beat 47:54 for me to have run my fastest 10K. The Cap Tex is very crowded and pretty hilly so we will see what happens. My last 10K was the IBM Uptown Classic and I averaged 7:43 per mile. If I can shave off about 15 seconds per mile then I will be happy. Even if I don't I will be happy because I try to celebrate all of my races with friends at Polvo's with a couple of Mexican Martini's.
