Thursday: Rest Day (ssshhh...hangover day as well). To be fair it was the day after I went to see Old 97's and I had already scheduled it for a hangover..I mean rest day.
Friday: Crappy weather no long swim, so an hour on the trainer.
Saturday: A 10 mile run with Rogue averaging 8:40 minute miles. I felt great.
Sunday: A 41 mile bike ride from my house to Buda and back. Rode by a friends house who I haven't seen in about 4 years. Stopped for a quick break and a rapid catch up and then back on the rode.
Now it's time for some lunch with Oskar. I am currently looking for dog friendly eating establishments. End of a great week of training. New week starts tomorrow.
